STIL, the Stockholm Cooperative for Independent Living, announced the winner of its fourth annual Ace of Hearts award. For the first time ever, the accolade was given to a company and to that company’s Disability Coordinator who, with initiative and creativity, has improved accessibility for disabled people.
The website, VisitOSLO.com has launched a brand new search function with information especially suited to tourists with disabilities. The information is intended to make it easier for visitors with wheelchairs, walking difficulties, visual impairments, hearing impairments and asthma/allergies to plan their visit to Oslo.

I would like to present a summary of our experience working on 'beach access for all'.
