As an ENAT Member you can start a Forum discussion, for example, if you want to:

  • share your opinion with others
  • ask ENAT Members to answer a question about some aspect of accessible tourism
  • publish an article you have written, and get feedback
  • tell about something you have experienced
  • present an idea or seek partners for a new project...

When you start a Forum you may also upload files that you may want to share (PDFs, WORD documents, images, etc.).

All Forum discussions can be read by the general public.

However, only ENAT Members can start a Forum discussion or add comments to Forum items.

Hotel groups and cruise liners are resolutely focused on the customer experience. These groups offer a unique experience. But what makes an unforgettable holiday? The reception, architecture, decoration of the premises, comfort, accessibility, all the sensations generated by a set of details, even small, are participating in the subtle alchemy. Any sense of difficulty or stress felt by a customer may question it.
